I am part of a small family business known as Rosina Makes. We make vegan cakes without gluten and are always on the lookout for new chocolate that is certified gluten and dairy free/vegan.
We have tried the chocolate orange, cacao nib, and white raspberry and we loved all 3!
The cacao nib bar has a beautiful balance of sweet milk chocolate with a crunchy hit of smooth tasting dark from the cacao - pure bliss!
We will definitely be using So Sweet Couture's chocolate in our high end cake menu!
